This is the second time all team members meet following the pre-kickoff assembly hold in January 2013.

The project participants meet in Rome to start discussing and planning the project activity for the first year. The meeting provides the opportunity to discuss in details the role of each team member within the overall project plan. The meeting also mentions the risks and issues that may affect project schedules. Other base elements of the project management are discussed.

The various boards of the project organization are nominated.
